These draft terms describe the intended relationship between travelers, Ceylaura, and experience operators. They require legal review before launch.

Experience operators remain responsible for on-the-ground delivery and safety. Ceylaura provides discovery and booking technology when bookings are enabled.

Wildlife sightings and ocean conditions are inherently uncertain and are never guaranteed.
