This draft describes how Ceylaura intends to handle refunds for cancelled or incomplete bookings once payments are live. It is not final and is not enforceable until legal review.

Expected categories include guest-initiated cancellations within a stated window, operator or weather cancellations, and payment disputes handled through the configured payment provider.

Donation refunds, if enabled, will follow separate Care finance rules and will never imply tax deductibility unless separately verified.

Exact timelines, currencies, and processor fees will be published with the production policy.
