Cancellation Policy

Draft guidance: private experiences may allow free cancellation within a defined window before departure; shared departures may depend on group minimums and operator weather decisions.

Weather and safety cancellations should be refunded or rescheduled according to final policy. This page is not enforceable until reviewed.
